Description of Service

OrderPay is an online platform that allows you to order offered goods such as Dstv/Gotv Decoders, Solar Inverters, etc and make payments for various bills and services, including Electricity bills, Airtime, Cable TV subscriptions, Data bundles, and Internet bills. By using the OrderPay service, you can easily and securely order offered goods and make payments from your computer or mobile device.

Your Account

To use the Bills Payment service, you must create an account and provide us with accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify OrderPay of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Payments

OrderPay allows you to make payments for various bills and services offered by third-party providers. By using the OrderPay service to make payments, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the third-party providers, as well as these Terms of Service.

When you make a payment through OrderPay, you authorize us to charge your wallet for the amount of the payment, plus any applicable fees. You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds in your wallet to cover the payment.

Fees

OrderPay may charge fees for certain services or transactions, such as processing fees or convenience fees. Any fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete a transaction.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the OrderPay service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing. You also agree not to use the OrderPay service to harass, defame, or threaten any person or entity, or to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable.

Termination

OrderPay reserves the right to terminate your account or restrict your access to the OrderPay service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting OrderPay customer support.

Intellectual Property

The OrderPay service and all content and materials available through the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Broad-Ad Productions Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of these materials without the express written consent of Broad-Ad.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The OrderPay service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Broad-Ad does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the service will meet your requirements or expectations.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Subject to applicable laws, we do not accept returns, or issue exchanges or refunds where the products/services are (amongst others) not capable of being returned and/or in respect of products which were opened by you/services which began with your consent or where it is not possible for us to determine whether you opened or used the products/services. Once a Dstv/Gotv decoder has been activated in your name, it can only be swapped at the nearest MultiChoice main office at no cost, if it’s within the one year warranty window.
